You can pick up your order from our store by selecting `store pickup` from the payment options
Is it possible to place an order other than online?
Of course yes, one of the forms of ordering is whatsap and messenger, however, we encourage our customers to place orders on the website, because you have an overview of the availability of the product and after placing an order you can see a summary of the entire order.
How to make complaints/returns?

Our website is compatible with the stock.
Where is the invoice or receipt?
The paper document is included in the shipment.
Is it possible to pay for the order later ?
At our wholesaler, we want our customers to be satisfied with the co-conspirator, so companies that have a longer relationship can count on deferring payment at a later date.
Do we ship cash on delivery?
Orders can be processed with cash on delivery payment only ta territory of Poland.
Do we issue a 0% VAT invoice?
If the company is registered with 0% Vat, of course it will be issued with data.
Do we ship abroad?
In our wholesale store, we sell worldwide, so of course we ship overseas. You can get the price information by placing a trial order with your shipping address information.
Can you shop in our wholesale store without having a tax identification number?
You can shop on our website without having a tax identification number, but the minimum order amount is PLN 300. We are a wholesaler, so some products can only be purchased in packages or sets.
